  • How do I purchase a plant?
    send @succ.cute a dm with your... 1. choice in plant item 2. delivery address (we'll send a Paypal QR code with the total) 3. pay and that's it! - once we receive your payment, your plant(s) will be posted to your door
  • How will my plant arrive?
    Our number one priority is that our plants arrive in happy, healthy condition. All our plants are shipped straight from the Succ.cute garden. How each plant ships is noted on its product page.
  • What payment options do you offer?
    We offer EFTPOS and online payments like Paypal. Although we also except cash with face to face deliveries; we avoid this method to limit handing cash
  • Why does my plant look different from the website?
    Live plants and succulents will have variations in color, texture, finish, and size. While we make every effort to display our succulents as accurately as possible, there may be subtle differences from what is displayed online.
  • Where do you offer contactless local delivery?
    We offer local delivery in parts of Victoria, specifically around the CBD area for online orders of 4 or more purchases. For the safety of our community during this time, local deliveries are contactless. Deliveries are made Saturday and Sunday between 9am-1pm. We do not offer same day delivery. After you have placed your online order of a Local Delivery applicable product, we will reach out to you via the email address you used during checkout to pick a delivery date and time frame. We will also ask for instructions regarding leaving your order in your lobby, with a doorman, or outside your unit. There is a human behind every email, please allow 48 hours for us to reach out, Monday through Friday. If you need to request a delivery date change later on, email us as soon as possible. Requests must be made a minimum of 2 business days before your scheduled delivery date to avoid a $35.00 rescheduling fee.
